Mezcal Amaras is a pladge to the sun, to the land and to the tradition of mezcal production communities. Our drive is to make a contribution: 15% of each bottle is allocated to the Amaras Philosophy. Casa Amaras is more than a company, it's a philosophy. We believe in a better world, developing a holistic cycle "From See to Sip." We allocate as much as 20% of each bottle's net sale to the development of internal initiatives promoting social and environmental responsibility. ~ We sow organic as our standard practice. We plant, on average, seven agaves for every one agave harvested. ~ Our fermentation process is 100% natural using wild yeast. ~ We collaborate with more than 18 Maestros Mezcaleros in 3 different regions offering state-of-the-art training programs.
