Pot distilled for maximum flavor and aged in first-fill bourbon casks, our American single malt develops a robust, fruity intensity as it ages. We then hand-select the best barrels to undergo secondary finishing in custom sherry and peat-smoked oak to add sweet, nutty, and mid smoky flavors. The results? An American single alt that is comfortably familiar and dangerously unexplored. Tasting Notes: Toasted pecan, honey, ripe red apple, dried figs, candied dates, sweet sherry and peat smoke.
