Our process is unique. We start by hand-selecting the highest quality 100% weber blue agave from both highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. We cook and distill these two distinct tequilas in separate batches. The tequilas are aged underground in curated whiskey barrels until they reach ren=markable levels of flavor. Only then are the individual barrels artfully blended together.
