The Collier and Mckeel Story. This whiskey is the result of traditions passed down for generations. Before the Civil War, when my great-great-great grandfathers Wm.Collier and Jim Mckeel were young men, it was common for folks to make sour mash whiskey for their family and friends. We continue that tradition, using Tennessee limestone water and grain grown by Tennessee farmers. We mellow our whiskey using Tennessee's traditional "Lincoln Country Process", dripping it through Sugar Maple Charcoal. We take great pride in Collier and Mckeel Handcrafted Tennessee Whiskey and we are pleased share our family tradition with you.
