Subtle aromas of spice, pineapple and grain on the nose combining with tropical fruits, caramel, nuttiness and herbaceousness on the palate giving great mouthfeel with a deep chilli heat, nice progression, some complexity and a long solid spicy finish.

A subtle hint of nutmeg leads to a rich, creamy palate layered with stewed fruit and dark chocolate, warming gently without overpowering, and lingering with a smooth, chocolate-coated peanut finish.
Dried dark fruit, spiced pepper, and seasoned wood on the nose. The palate reveals a smooth blend of creamy vanilla custard, rich chocolate, and caramel, enhanced by hints of dried stone and tropical fruit.
Rich with honeyed oak and polished notes on the nose, leading to a bright palate featuring green apple and peach. Balanced with a touch of cognac sweetness, finishing with caramel and raspberries.
Aniseed and nutty aromatics lead onto drying oak across palate. Muted flavours of cinnamon and orange oils on firm finish.
Cereal and corn notes with barrel influence, lean palate and a lively finish.
Harmonious and sweet character with a bold and spicy finish.
Very sweet and rich on the nose, with a creamy and warm palate and some spices, which leads to a warming, fruity finish.
This is a great example of all the classic notes but with a balance and smoothness of a true high-quality spirit. It has the vanilla-coconut-spice axis but much more. Pronounced and expressive but gentle and well-tailored at the same time.
A nose of rich rye spices … The palate gives sweet porridge oats, sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon and red apples. Corn and Rye spices come through in the finish, with a very long and dry note at the death.
