Kilkerran is thought to be a suitable name for a new Campbeltown distilleries to be called after a Glen, a custom more usually associated with the Speyside region.

The palate is highlighted by cardboard, somewhat drying and ashy, and with a big hit of wood smoke and some cracked black pepper corns. Soft oak and slightly bitter. Fairly unapologetic but also not "just" a peat bomb.
