This limited, barrel-finished gin is crafted in small batches from classic gin botanicals of juniper and coriander, and our own proprietary blend which includes hand-zested local citrus, mint, chamomile and exotic spices. We then rest the final blend in red wine barrels for at least three months for a smooth and complex gin.
