Product Description

Crowned by a fine 1806 Georgian house built by a Revolutionary War Captain and grain merchant, Hillrock is one of the world's few distilleries which flaar malts its own naturally grown grain and hand-crafts fine spirits traditionally in small batches on the estate. Led by Owner Jeffrey Baket and renowned Master Distiller David Pickerell, Hillrock's committed to quality and the unique local terrain embodies the rich history of artisanal distilling in the Hudson Valley.
