After slow firing in a masonry oven, the agave juices are distilled using copper stills to preserve the liquid's complex yet extraordinarily clean flavors. Finally, the tequila is rested in French and American oak barrels for maximum smoothness. A tequila worthy of the name of its creator: Juan Dobel.
