We like to think of our 100% Malted Raye Whiskery first, and a rye whiskey second. Given that malty identity, it seemed natural to give it a sherry cask finish. Handcrafted Spanish oloroso and pedro ximenez sherry casks were judiciously applied, resulting in a rich, enveloping wave of sherry oak, followed by a burst of piquant rye spice into the finish.
