Made in San Francisco, it is twice distilled in a small copper pot from a mash of 100% rye malt - the grain of choices for America's first distillers. The straight rye whiskey is aged in new handmade fine grain charred American oak barrels for a minimum of four years six months which imparts a rich color and unique character to our rye whiskey.
