Product Description

This is a remarkable whiskey for memorable occasions. It is mellow aged naturally in mountain oak through ten summers of our marvelous Kentucky sunshine. Its unusual proof has come through natural causes and contributes to its great character. You may be assured that in our family's three generations of distilling experience we know of no bourbon more intriguing to the taste. This is why I have set my family name upon it. Brand Story: This bourbon whiskey is bottled at nearly barrel proof. Just a splash of Kentucky limestone water is added after a decade of aging. Rich, yet smooth, this bourbon takes a back seat to none. Tasting Notes: A sweet vanilla nose with caramel, pecan and oak wood. Smooth, mellow flavor consisting of robust wheat, cherries and oak. Features a long, smoky wheat finish with hints of fruit, spice and oak tannins. Recent Awards: 2013 Gold Medal - International Review of Spirits Award (BTI) Ratings: Beverage Tasting Institute - 95 Contact us for specific bottles and proofs.
