Our second release, this twenty-one-year-old Bourbon begins with an oak wood nose, translating into ripe banana, clove and anise taste and concludes with a long finish of woody, dark chocolate. Subsequent limited releases of this explorative whiskey will be released each year from the remaining maturing stock.
