The 19th edition of the Parker's Herritage Collection is a masterful blend of varying mashbills that come together to create a singularly, unique American Whiskey. Comprised of 15-year-old Wheated Bourbon, 11-year-old Corn Whiskey and 12-year-old Whiskey made from only two grains - rye and malt, this blend was created by marrying each together post-aging. The resulting Whiskey is a sensory experience unlike any other, where the earthiness of malt and the sweetness of the Corn Whiskey are unified by the soft spices and nuttiness that the Wheated Bourbon imbues to the blend. The complexity of this blend and rich mouthfeel are preserved by bottling uncut and non-chill filtered. A portion of proceeds will continue to support ALS research and patient care in honor of Heaven Hill Distillery's Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam.
