Made from malted and unmalted barely, triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak oloroso sherry butts, Redbreast PX Edition is finished for a minimum of 12 months in Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads that have been carefully selected to ensure it is as uniquely velvety as it is undeniably delectable.
