Our Wheated Bourbon is a mash of Corn, Wheat and Malted Barely, giving it a smooth, mellow character. The extended barrel aging imparts a toasty, nutty aroma. A blend of 51% corn, 46% winter wheat, and 4% malted barely aged in new charred oak barrels.
