Since 1765, Saint James has been proudly upholding the tradition of Martinique's single cane rum, which is distilled straight from the pure juices of sugar cane. Saint James distills and matures all its rum on its own plantations in Saint Marie, where great care is taken to maintain the exceptional quality which has made its reputation around the world. Saint James offers a great variety of single cane rums; white rum with its delightful original bouquet, "Hors d'Age" rum whose flavour is subtle, rich and harmonious. A blend of very old rums matured in small oak casks. Each rum lends its own particular character to the blend, achieving the rich complexity, characteristics of fine spirits.
