Product Description
Mirabelle is Schramsberg's Multi-Vintage Brut sparkling wine. It is exclusively crafted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in our Northern California cool climate vineyards. Twenty-five percent of barrel-aged Reserve wines add depth and roundness to the fruitful core wines. Bottle fermentation and a minimum of two years of aging in our historic, hand-dug, hillside caves create the tiny bubbles and complex flavors.
