Harvested from Carter Estate Vineyards on August 21 and September 7, 2024 The Musque clone of Sauvignon Blanc offers up exotic aromas and flavors that we accentuate through a split harvest and limited barrel fermentation. The early pick of the fruit has bright acidity and slightly more herbaceous undertones while the later harvest is riper and more vibrant with tropical fruit characters. Barrel fermentation and aging give rich complex layers to the abundant fruit characters yielding a wine that has beautiful citrus and grassy, wildflower notes combined with kiwi and passionfruit aromas.
