Founded in 2017 as the first distillery in Huntington Beach, we strive to make each batch from the best ingredients and instill our passion for surf, sun, and spirits into every bottle. Our bourbon is distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley and aged for no less than twelve months in new charred American oak barrels until perfectly smooth and sweet. Pacific Reserve: Our small batch, single barrel, cask strength bourbon whiskey has been aged in custom 5 and 10 gallon wood barrels. Smaller barrels impart more rich oak and vanilla flavors that make bourbon special. They also yield fewer bottles, which means each batch is extremely unique and rare. 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley. Bottled by hand.
