These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character. Aroma: Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple Palate: Sweet licorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan Finish: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
