"Two roads diverged in the yellow wood" and being one traveler I had to decide between the road to retirement and the really great bourbon road.. And like poet Robert Frost "I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference." In 2012, I built a distillery in Kentucky to craft a bourbon with a "difference" by incorporating all the qualities I could imagine. I used locally grown corn, wheat and rye to capture the terroir of Kentucky and a copper pot still to give a powerful aroma with lots of bourbon flavor. I barreled the product at 110 proof for better wood and flavor extraction. And now I am ready to share that "difference" with my friends. Enjoy my multigrain, pot distilled, estate grown and very Straight Kentucky Bourbon.

How strongly each flavor family shows up across 1 note from 1 publication, weighted by source.
Flavor scores are our estimates. A flavor scores higher when more critics mention it and when they describe it more strongly, so no single review sets the result. They are not a rating from any publication.
