This brought the Beam Family recipe and some say bourbon itself, back to life. At 86 proof and non-chill filtered Jim Beam Repeal Batch is inspired by the way we made it after prohibition. That means all Nuances of flavor gained through the interaction of the whiskey and the barrel remains for you to enjoy. Because it is not chill filtered, it may appear cloudy or contain sediment at the bottom just like it did back in the '30s.
