This honey-hued single malt is soft and perfectly balances vanilla-caramel sweetness and peat smoke on the nose and palate. Add a splash of branch water to offset alcohol heat on the drying, spiced finish.
Nose: Melon, Linen and Cinnamon. Tongue: Peat, Ink, lush Grass, Dark Chocolate, Honey. Notes: Exquisite, like a beautiful lover.
A classic interpretation with banana, cinnamon and maple syrup. The fragrance is splendid with notes of cream, malted barley and slight peat. Mellow, well-balanced leading to a smooth finish.
