Cereal grains with freeze-dried strawberries on the nose as well as toasted herbs, blueberries, and fruity bubble gum. … It is atypical in its profile and at times light bodied, but demonstrates good constriction and drinkability.
The palate is much richer and more autumnal, with flavors of roasted kettle corn, toffee, candied apple and a generous swath of maple syrup coating the tongue. … It definitely has personality for a 40% ABV whiskey.
