Our Irish Whiskey traces its roots back to 1779, but its true name did not come until much later when a salesman by the name of Paddy Flaherty roamed pub to pub with a sales pitch of equal parts smooth triple-distilled whiskey, good humor, and revelry. Paddy was as beloved as the whiskey he sold, in no small part because of the free rounds he'd give at every stop. It was only fitting that this fine whiskey became known as Paddy's. So tonight, invite your friends to gather 'round for a toast to Paddy.

Pale gold in the glass, look for honey and vanilla, plus a thin ribbon of juicy apple and a faint plastic-y note. Recommended for mixing.
Most of the flavor is on the lingering finish, which shows pear touched with cinnamon. Although a splash of water opens up the finish to bigger and broader notes, it leaves you wanting more on the aroma and flavor.
This summons up plenty of snappy grain notes … It's sweeter than a kitten with a ball of wool: lemon bonbons, toffee, vanilla cream, banana chews, zesty mandarin, apple, butterscotch, pepper, and clove.
Covers the whole spectrum: from fruit, grass and honey to malted cereal, with hints of lemon drop, fresh green apple and Jamaica cake adding depth to the rounded, creamy palate.
Fruity citrus palate with elegant spices, medium intensity, well balanced with a warm long finish.
A light and balanced smooth blend. Notes of vanilla, chilli, chocolate and dried fruit. Dry, crisp finish.
Hints of smoky caramel on top of neat grain aromas that are soft and creamy, like oatcakes. Mellow, but flavoursome. Measured, but sweet notes of banana, vanilla, and caramel develop into savoury malt and grain.
