Named after our founder's daughter, Penelope Bourbon is our signature four grain straight bourbon whisky uniquely blended from three bourbon mash bills. Each barrel is hand-selected and blended into a single batch for your enjoyment. Remarkably smooth and flavorful, Penelope is perfect whether sipping neat or using it in your favorite cocktail. Corn - Rye - Wheat - Malted Barley Aromas of sweet butter cream and fresh apples, married with layers of nutmeg and allspice. The palate is a creamy sweet dance of almonds and vanilla bean that finishes with hints of toasted macadamia nuts and a subtle kiss of tangerine citrus. Non chill-filtered. Aged a minimum of 26months in charred new American oaks barrels.

Notes of red fruit, blueberry, dried cherries, Grape Nuts, lemon oil, and an herbal spiciness on the nose, balanced against an influence of drying oak. … This whiskey is light, but the four-grain mashbill creates an intriguing non-traditional profile.
