A bright and bold character with juicy red fruit, prune, and raisin notes. The fruit is flavoursome and underpinned by a rich peatiness and hints of tea.
A complex blend of ripe citrus notes, backed by smoky, peat-like tones as well as a refreshing mineral streak. Well-balanced with great depth.
Well crafted with green notes on the nose and some sour fruit developing. Lovely smoke notes that compliment the sweet palate with hints of liquorice.
Plenty of red apple with twiggy woodiness, and citrus peel smoked over an open fire. The sweet and orchard fruit palate is wonderfully rich and unfurls with a long marzipan and finely judged charry finish.
Classic bonfire smoke aromatics with sweet peat, upfront fruit and a hint of minerality. Malty with smoked fish oily nuances and a dry finish.
