Rich aromatic hints of floral notes and chocolate lead to a complex palate of salted caramel, cherry, and powdered sugar, finishing dry with a subtle astringency and elegance.
Bright, fresh, with a hint of gingerbread and soy sauce. Lovely fruity flavours mingle on the palate. Aromatically enticing with a rounded finish showcasing green walnuts and Mirabelle plums.
Creamy and seductive, we are met with rich aromas of caramel, honey and varnish. Leather, brown sugar and wood characters shine through on the palate before a sweetly-spiced finish.
Orange zest and spiced gingerbread on the nose, continuing onto a soft, brown sugar palate which is enjoyably enduring.
Sweet and fruity with rounded nutty nuances and appealing confectionary notes. Pleasingly balanced with a mildly tannic backbone and a short finish.
Refreshing notes of peach and apple on the nose, with almond and oak flavours coming through on the palate. Great intensity and complexity.
Orange marmalade, rich creaminess, vanilla and chocolate. Fruity and nutty, with a toffee and vanilla balance that has hints of coffee.
The palate follows with lovely warming spices, an oak and pine mix and some rum and raisin chocolates. The finish is strawberries wrapped in oak and dusted with delicate cinnamon sugar.
