This burnished gold whiskey shows apple and pear drizzled with butterscotch on the nose and palate, plus campfire smoke and gingerbread spice on the exceedingly long exit.
Look for fresh apple and pear aromas. The palate shows a hint of fruit, layered with plenty of vanilla and cigar smoke. The astringent finish exits with anise and black pepper.
The aroma combines savoury oak and light barley malt. On the palate it continues in a classic but more distinctive way. Youthful woody notes towards the finish.
