Made with 100% New York Corn. Aged under 4 yrs in American Oak The Bourbon in this bottle is some of the first legal pot-distilled whiskey to be produced in New York's Hudson Valley since Prohibition. Made with 100% New York State corn it was double-distilled and aged in small American Oak casks. Our Baby Bourbon owes its rich color and bright character to our unique aging process. Bottled without chill or charcoal filtering for full flavour. It is a warm spirit, suitable for any convivial occasion. We are very happy to share it with you. Hudson Baby Bourbon is the first bourbon distilled in New York.

Strong rye bread, sourdough and dry wood create a spicy, complex aroma. The palate is potent with dried tomatoes and raisins. On the finish, the spiciness brings through a lovely hint of cocoa.

Bready with hints of pecan nuts and old balsamic vinegar. Dark caramel and plenty of tannin provide a powerful body. Wholemeal spice and some charcoal on the finish.

The aroma is fleshy and powerful, with corn notes in the background. Well-structured on the palate with dense impressions of marzipan and oak. Nutty on the finish, full of character.
