The palate is cinnamon-dominated and spicy, with rum raisin ice cream and Big Red gum. Mid to short length on the finish but full of flavor. Playful, simple, and delicious.
The finishing barrels make their presence known from the beginning with honey, dates, and warm spices on the aroma. … The mid-palate could be a bit more dynamic, but the finishing barrels are fun to experience with an American bourbon.
