A lovely balance of oak, clove, and sweetness come together on the nose, while the flavor shows both big impact and refinement. … A very solid and nicely polished bourbon.

Product Description
Hudson Four Grain Bourbon is the first pot-distilled whiskey to be produced in New York's Hudson Valley since prohibition. Distilled from a mash bill of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, it was double-distilled and aged in American Oak. Our Four Grain Bourbon owes its rich color and depth of character to the unique combination of grains and the small barrel aging process employed by the distiller. This bourbon is suitable for any convivial occasion. We are very excited to share it with you. Hudson Four Grain bourbon is among the first bourbons distilled in New York at the Tuthilltown Gristmill, a National Historic Site.

What critics and judges wrote
With a nose of seeded berries, corn and baking spice, the palate falls a little flat with some barnyard qualities coming through … A moderate finish, with buttered toast coming through.
A lovely start with Alpen, cereal bars, honey and nuts. This is a delicate and inviting nose which leads to a palate of honey, toffee, oak spices and thick cut wholemeal bread … The finish is sweet and long.
