Classic and quite savoury Bourbon aromas with notes of vanilla, dark caramel, light tobacco and sugared ginger. On the palate, gripping with a good balance between the sweetness of the corn and woody, peppery notes.

Product Description
For more than 60 years, legendary Master Distiller Jimmy Russell has been crafting Wild Turkey 101 one way, the right way. With a high-rye content, this iconic bourbon is perfectly aged for up to six to eight years in American oak barrels with the deepest char for more character. We bottle at 101 proof and only once it reaches its full complex flavor of caramel, vanilla, toffee and spice. As Jimmy says, "Like the Kentucky River, Wild Turkey 101 is mighty, bold, and it takes its own sweet time."

Cooked banana and citrus nuances on the nose. The palate unfolds with a delightful balance of spices and savoury undertones, leading to a finish that is brightened by vibrant, high-toned fruit.
Subtle nose with corn, spice and sweet notes; pineapple and cinnamon combining on the palate.
Cigar casing on the nose with a big, rich hint of new oak, vanilla cream … The palate is rich and full … On the finish it is all about the spices and the red fruits.
It's set up to be a great run, but the approach softens toward the finish with muted brown sugar appearing. Still, the flavor and balance make for a fun sipper and great cocktail mixer.
The nose is subtle yet full of rich sweet aromas of butterscotch, honey, vanilla caramel crème … The finish with this whiskey has a lingering richness of spice and bold notes of toasted oak.
