A deep and creamy whisky distilled from single estate barley for a spirit of sweet creaminess, then aged in American oak bourbon casks for depth. A spirit created from our Cabdoll Estate barley, grown only in the fields surrounding our Highland home, and distilled in Scotland's tallest stills, delivers a unique creaminess. We age it in hand selected American oak bourbon casks to create a single estate whisky of oaky depth and rounded smoothness. The Cabdoll Estate This whisky brings a nose of oaky intensity, biscuit and orange oil, softened with honeycomb, jasmine and rose. Creamy tastes of butter candy, white chocolate, pears and mandarin are balanced by menthol, before a rounded and deeply sweet finish. A Deep & Creamy Dram The Essense of Our Home Land On the lands of our Estate, surrounding our Highland home, grows our prized Cabdoll barley. Carefully harvested then distilled, to create a deliciously unique spirit, destined for the finest casks.
