The nose is slightly meaty, with raisins, black treacle, white pepper, and darkchocolate. Smooth on the substantial palate, with drinking chocolate, plums, blackpepper, cinnamon, and a savory note. Ginger, chile, instant coffee, and pipe tobaccoin the finish.
