Glen Moray 12 year old single malt whisky has been carefully matured in select American oak casks to create a smooth sweet character combined with subtle oak flavours. A whisky that exhibits all the traditions and character of the famous Speyside region. COLOUR: Polished gold. NOSE: Rich, sweet, fruity and floral. Intense vanilla toffee combines with berry fruits and freshly chipped herbs. TASTE: Classically Speyside. Smooth, deliciously sweet and mellow. This dram is a really meaty and muscular mouthful. Big, peppery and spicy flavours try to dominate but are balanced so nicely with much more subtle notes of Jasmine tea, runny honey, creamy vanilla and juicy, sweet tangerine.

The standard 12 year old bottling gives a perfect idea of its potential. This is as soft and sweet a malt as you could ask for: peaches, toffee, and baked apple, with a tobacco/cedar/pine note from the oak.
