First held in 1910, this legendary rodeo has taken place in Northeast Oregon for over a century. Each batch of Pendleton is rested in American oak barrels before being cut to proof with pristine glacier fed spring water from Oregon's highest peak, Mt. Hood. This time-honored process provides a consistently rich tasting whisky with an uncommonly smooth finish. Pendleton's distinct flavor profile features notes of warm fall fruits, honey, and vanilla balanced by a hint of spice.
