… the whisky definitely shows aromas from the wood such as coconut cream and vanilla, but there are more layers to explore. The creaminess of the whisky is very sensual and as it sits in your mouth baking spices are revealed.

You're holding a bottle of HEDONISM, our multiple award-winning grain Scotch whisky named for its rich, sweet, alluring style. We bottle it once or twice per year, depending on our ability to source the quality of casks we require. Rare and old, it's something special for the collector or the new whisky enthusiast. We are artisan whiskymakers. For us, making whisky is like making art. You begin with an idea, a vision. You form it using both traditional practice and your own inspiration. Then you share it with the world. This is what we do. Through careful cask selection, artful blending of flavours, use of the highest quality oak and innovative thinking, we create delicious whiskies that combine richness, balance and purity of flavour. I hope you enjoy our work. FLAVOUR: Elegant flavours of vanilla cream, toffee and coconut. SOURCING: A marriage of Lowland single grain whiskies of varying ages. WOOD: 100% first-fill American oak casks. BOTTLING: Natural colour. Non-chill filtered. RECOMMENDATIONS: As an aperitif, serve with a small amount of chilled water. Late in the evening, serve neat. Refreshingly light and floral with a tropical coconut nose that flows onto an embracing palate. Luscious, with toffee, vanilla and hints of grapefruit.
Fresh aromas suggest red apple slices and hint of vanilla. The supersoft palate rings out with vanilla cookie and custard, finishing long and mouthwatering on sweet spices, piquant cayenne and drying hints of cigar wrapper and campfire smoke.
The nose is sweet and dry, with honey, candied lemon, graham cracker, nutmeg, burlap, and seasoned oak. The texture is syrupy, with a rush of honey, vanilla, and banana over the tongue, pursued by light spices.

Gold color. Delicate aromas of tropical fruits (coconut, pineapple, mango), marshmallow and vanilla. Light in body, with delicate exotic flavors that deliver what the aroma promises. Soft, gentle, delicately creamy finish.
All bourbon on the nose. Very bourbon on the palate too. Nice spiciness. Great for converting bourbon drinkers to Scotch. Banana, bourbon characteristics. Cereal on the nose. Fired oak. Pineapple. Takes water well.

The palate is rich in vanilla, coconut, and cocoa, with grainy honey-lemon undertones. The midpalate is robust and grain-centric.
The nose brings notes of toasted oak leading into synthetic candy. On the palate, there are notes of warm, peppered spice together with toasted anise. There are added herbaceous and green notes leading in to the finish.
